For me it's always hard to charge a (friend) to do something I always shoot low. If I was you and I could tackle all the chrome at once with only using one product and have a good outcome I would just charge him a flat rate. Unless it takes you more than a set time I would charge him...

If I'm correct I believe that the cleansing polish is to make sure the surface is ready for the coating. Almost like how people use the eraser for coatings. If not i don't think of will adhere properly. -Jordan
