What sealant do YOU like best

Those who are claiming excessive dusting with Blackfire Wet Diamond need to figure out what is wrong with their technique. I use it on all four of my vehicles and have never seen any dusting let alone something that would qualify as excessive.

    Is It Just Me.......

I've been known to remove entire roof racks, front grills, lic plates and other parts to make cleaning and polishing easier. Are you suggesting doing so is outside the norm? :D

    MaxWax?? Should I?

DoDo's hard candy works very well on the metallic red paint on my 07' Grand Cherokee. I usually go with the BlackFire Wet Diamond sealant and a coat or two of the hard candy which shows off the metal flakes as well as any other combo I've tried so far.

    Experimenting with ONR

Sounds like a great way to use ONR to me! A lot of dirty cars have been cleaned with ONR over the years and I've used it on all of my vehicles with no problems so far. Don't let the anti-ONR folks stop you from using this product and/or experimenting with ways to make it work even better for...

    My ONR and Fuzion Experience

I would not hesitate to use ONR to wash a vehicle in the condition of the OP's. Might spray down the heavier areas with an ONR at QD dilution and be sure to sling a good bit of the was water along with my MF for the cleaning. :xyxthumbs:

My QD and Spray Wax Technique--Many pics

Very nice writeup! Please don't let the grumpy naysayers cause you to stop posting what works for you. It may not be the best way to do things on a show car or garage queen but many of us live in the real world of daily drivers and limited time. Being able to see a few swirls in the brightest...

Couple of questions for ONR 'masters'

If you are looking for one uniform, definitive answer to how you should use ONR, it simply doesn't exist. Like may things detail related, there's more than one way to use ONR. You'll need to figure out what works best for you. I don't own any vehicles with black paint and understand the need...

Couple of questions for ONR 'masters'

The amt of water left after I am done a panel is very minimal. Others may feel differently about it but at least for me and my vehicles it seems to work out ok.

Couple of questions for ONR 'masters'

Here is how I use ONR however I am far from an expert. I use a 16" x 16" MF that has a short nap on one side and a long one on the other. It does indeed get pretty stained and even a run through the washer using tide detergent won't release all the stuff. Anyway, I use the long nap side to...
