I tried the #2 to get some fine swirls out and I wasn't happy. M205 did way better. I use the finishing glaze after I polish and it's awesome! It really gives the paint a good pop.
The car looks great. $80 detail job, 5 hours to do = $16 an hour. What you did to the car was worth a lot more than $80. You could take him to court and get you're $30, or take it as a lesson learned. I'm sure 4 flat tires would ruin his day!
Depending how bad the scratches are, you might need m105, or uc. UP is a little less aggressive than m205. But like lunch box said, you cant go wrong with m105/m205.
I use to install car stereo's and I was putting a cd changer in an impala and the guy put Vaseline on his dash. It was horrible and I almost refused the car.
Great job. My girl parked under a tree and got some stuff identical to that on it. After washing it, the crud was still there. I tried claying and that wasn't working that well, so I sprayed the whole car in ironx and ran the clay over it, that did the trick.
You may be done with polishes, compounds and waxes. But now its pads, towels, brushes, window stuff, trim stuff and all sorts of accessories. Good luck!!!!
You should notice a difference. You can go with a good brand speaker, get there entry line and run it off your factory radio and get some good sound. Or, you can get there mid grade - high end, add an amplifier and REALLY notice a difference.
If you were happy with the factory sound, then have them replaced under warranty. Best buy would be my last choice for installations. Running the bass on you're head unit as high as you do is dangerous, you're almost guaranteed to blow them. I was a car audio installer for 3 years and have been...
