Meguiars Microfiber Cutting pads are awesome. I use them on my Rupes 21. For my 15 I like the the rupes pads and LC orbital pads. I don't have any Megs Microfiber pads for my 15 but I'm sure they work just as good as in the 21".

I usually charge about $95 for the set. If I'm called for a wax job or an inside/outside detail and we later add headlight restoration I will discount the headlight job about $30-40 depending on how bad they are.

I like Griots 3" for sanding.

Looks like hologram marks to me. Hit the area again with m105 and orange pad, then with m205 and white pad.
