There are a millions options. This spring I plan on using Optimum Hyper Polish with their microfiber pads. Then I'll follow up with a sealant and/or wax.

The paint may be "thicker" since their tri step paint has an extra step to give it that look. But at the end of the day it has a clearcoat on it like all new cars. So nothing special needs to be done. I would clay the entire truck, give it a polish if needed, and follow up with a sealant/wax.

I do this too with OCW during my ONR washes.
