You might want to try "Goof Off", it's what I used to remove latex paint when I used to be a painter. Any paint store or Home Depot/Lowes will have it. It's going to be a lot of work though. Those pics made me cringe. I've cleaned overspray off cars before but nothing to that extent. Good luck.

I've had good results with Griots Speed and Shine. I have some DP Rinseless Wash and Gloss that I haven't diluted for detail spray yet- any opinions on the DP diluted spray?

Even if your car is washed throughly wind can quickly blow dirt and debris onto your car before you have a chance to dry it.

I use XMT 360 Spray Wax sometimes to give my paint slickness, but if I really want to bump up the shine I use Wet Glaze 2.0. WG 2.0 can be used underneath or on top of your LSP.

So I would image that it should be applied while your car is inside a garage so no dust or debris can stick in it while its drying? Approximately how long will it last?

Make sure they show you pics of the item. Many sellers idea about the "condition" of an item is much different than mine. I've seen items stated to be in "like new" condition that in my opinon were in "poor" condition.

So I take it that polishing any glasses with anti-reflecting coating will abrade that coating?

Wet Glaze 2.0. Can be applied before and/or after LSP. I apply Collinite 845 over it to lock it in.
