Does anyone have experience with the microfiber towels offered by Duragloss? It looks like they have a drying towel (17"x26" long microfiber towel. Custom made for Duragloss), polishing cloth and wash mitt. Prices are kind of steep but it appears to be the best quality stuff I can get locally.

The only thing I dont like about DG901 is that it calls for 3 capfulls / gallon of water. I seem to being going through it pretty quickly.. Oh well.

Mothers clay works well. I use it because I can get it over the counter locally. What are your plans for polishing? I don't think you're going to get the result you are looking for if you are just claying and sealing/waxing.

Hey man, at least the jack didnt slip while you were under the car.. Close one! It looks almost as if the finish has been clouded by a chemical reaction. As the others say, try some polish and see if it improves.

Thought I'd chime in. I use the HF rotary and haven't had any problems with it. Worked great when I needed more power than the porter cable. It's a night and day difference. It does slow down under load quite a bit, but I'm not a pro, just a hobbyist.. I did switch out the backing plate...

Duragloss non-silicone dressing works well, lasts quite a while too. Great for the not too shiny but still dark look. I use it on plastic trim as well. Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk 2

Id go with the colorchip. If that doesn't work well, use standard touch-up paint, wet sand and polish.

I recently purchased Duragloss NSD #321 and have applied it to all of my exterior plastic/rubber trim & tires. Seems to hold up pretty well, its been about a week.

I'd suggest looking into glue pulling. I have a cheap kit that comes with 2 different temp glues and a simple twist puller with some tabs. I've taken out and at least reduced some deeper dings with good results. You could take it to the professional level with a lot of practice and pro level...
