Actually was getting ready to order and found the Oreck handheld for $20 less and not many issues. I will try it. There were some negatives about the redesign of the Hoover but I will try it if this doesn't work. Thx again for the responses.
Does one exist ? I detail for $ and need something for the carpeted section of truck rigs as well as upholstery/carpet in vehicles. I have a Ridgid 6 hp shop vac that's really good, but not carrying that obviously.
It can be corded/cordless but it has to be portable and nearly commercial grade...
Thx for all the responses. I should have mentioned that I have a small detailing business, therefore a little risk in changing a process.
Would you be ok if you paid $200-300 for a detail and your car was dried with a "used" drying towel ? Possibly. It's getting clayed, compounded. and...

As far as customer service, they have been superb. Rebecca answered endless questions about MF care and drying aids. She has...
Thank you for info.. I just got off phone with Rebecca @ TRC. Her knowledge and willingness to share it is first rate. She's a great help and has a great attitude. She said I would likely be very happy the Liqid8r. She helped me so much w MF towels that I'm going to give it a shot.
For me, it adds several additional months of protection to a 1 step... without adding much more time. Maybe there's a better option, but it works really well..... a little picky to use, turning the solid into paste, but works very well.
