SBKIM, I had a situation in January with a smaller bottle. Seems UPS was a little rough with my box, and the ONR leaked. AG promptly replace it for me.

It did make a big difference, just couldnt get the deeper scars out. Next time I think I will go over with a 1000-1500 grit paper first then maybe a compound. Yep it is man made, we cook a lot and bang up the kitchen so the counters take a beating. I think with granite I would first try 106ff...
