1,100hp Roush Mustang gets cleaned (Pics added finally)
So a buddy of mine who is having me do all of his cars and trucks brought the next in the series. This is a 2014 Roush Mustang S3 (Stage III) that he bought new and had lots of work done on. His name for the car is Angry Pony but honestly once you see this 3.6l Kenny Bell under the hood and an intake big enough to suck up a racoon combined with the earth shaking exhaust note with the whistle of the supercharger, this thing isn't just mad.......it's pretty pissed off......and I love it
This car is far from how it was delivered even in Roush form. What a beast! It now has over 41k miles on the ODO and was relatively cared for. Never sees rain as it honestly is a beast on dry pavement, even with it's now mild tune of 950hp on it. New drive shafts of course, heads, cam, Kooks Headers and full exhaust and loads more make it a real gem.
Came in for a single stage polish and coating. Given it's not exposed to the elements, I suggested GYEON's Primer Polish that will lay down a base of protection while correcting at the same time. The swirls present were very light and the final result was darn near 98-100% full correction. Then top that with GYEON's CanCoat system, two layers done 4hrs apart. Perfection and hydrophobic craziness. I honestly can't wait for him to wash it next week
Didn't have much time to grab really good pics, but here are a handful from late one night and early morning the next courtesy of my phone.
Stay tuned for images.....
