Is there such a thing? I love applying a wax in paste form, but are pure sealants only available in liquid form?

Meguiar's #16 paste wax is a tried and true synthetic LSP, great durability, looks, and ease of use.

Yea but M16 is long gone unless you order over seas or get it from another member. Well looking at Megs line the NXT 2.0 paste is a fully synthetic wax also.

I know ebay, but even then ebay rarely has it.

NXT 2.0 works good. I have nothing bad to say about it besides durability. It doesnt have the durability most other sealants have but it will last just as long as a wax (2-3 months.)

Just called meguiars. The rep told me m16 does contain some carnauba. Gonna pick up some nxt 2.0 paste sealant. 2.0 is a 100% synthetic polymer sealant.

Mark, I have about 3/4 of a can of NXT 2.0 paste if you're interested. I also have a nearly full bottle of NXT 2.0 liquid. I'm getting ready to clean out my supplies and those are 2 items that will be going away.

Paint Sealants like Klasse, Wolfang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant

Do you have a personal gripe against Carnauba or something? M16 and Collnite #476 are both Carnauba waxes, and are both known to be two of the most durable waxes ever made. As far as protection, while NXT 2.0 doesn't last long, it tends to sacrifice itself for a shorter life span, but in order to save the paint making it great at protecting the paint. M16 and #476 if used correctly, are also easy to use, though if used incorrectly, are a huge PITA.

However if you are simply looking for the 'look', then there is no right answer and you probably have to just buy a whole bunch of waxes and see what you like best.

I too might suggest FinishKare ... it has a nice following too.

I change my mind like the weather. I still have a half tub of Sig series II, I'll just stick with that for now. Looks great, and VERY easy to work with(that's important to me).

I'll trade you my 3/4 tin and nearly full bottle of NXT 2.0 for that tub of SSII!!!
