1983 Ford Tempo Make Over!

clearish....lol is right.:props: Very nice turn around. I'm a sucker for a nice clean cockpit and that is now one clean, very very red cockpit. Well done.

yeah clearish... any more extraction and I was afraid that the cloth would have deteriorated... lol... I myself am a sucker for a spotless cockpit also...

Awesome job. I love working on neglected vehicles; you can actually stand back and enjoy the accomplishment you've just satisfied.

Nice work, looks like 1983 again.

Bowling for soup had a song called 1985 that just came up on my iPod as I read this and I had to laugh

So how long did a job like this take you...and whats your type of pricing for something like this? Great turn around..btw you should do some pix of your new shop! (when i grow up i want a garage of my own...)

I think this job took me about 6 hours... And it was a $250.00 ticket... That is just for the interior of the car nothing on the exterior...

I plan on getting up some pics of the shop soon... I have been swamped the past week and a half like today I have done a Prius Level Two and have a BMW 323i Wagon sitting in the shop soaking in dawn so that takes presidence... it is lunch time right now... lol...

Wow -- great job. I just find it odd that people will pay more than the car is worth -- to clean the interior.

6 hours huh...alone I'm guessing or did you have help? Thats a pretty good pay for JUST an interior...but that was one really bad interior and you did make it look like new so :dblthumb2: to that lol. What do you get for an interior on a car that just has 'normal' filth lol.

Being swamped is a GOOD thing! I checked out that other link and im lookin forward to the end results. So what do you plan on doing to that BMW on the exterior anyway?

Good write ups and good info...keep it up man!

a basic interior with extraction is usually about $65-85.00 depending on vehicle size...

Yeah I work alone unless my wife comes down to help knock out some work...

You will have to wait to see the process on the Bimmer... lol...

Lol building the suspense huh? Did you finish the Bimmer? I forgot to subscribe to the thread so maybe you can give me the link if you've updated it.

Also that price range is about the same as what we charge so thats good to know. We usually steam clean all the vinyl and plastic surfaces before dressing too. I'll tell ya something though, i wouldn't mind one in bad shape like Red Rover here if it paid $250 lol
