1986 Porsche 944 turbo paint correction

The customer bout the car at auction for dirt cheep. most of the car had been repainted at some point. when i got it the paint was oxidized and badly swirled with a handfull of deep scratches that wont polish out.

used
Rupes 15, 75e and 2in mini air DA
Rupes Zaphir (blue) compound on Meguiars MF pads
