Had a friend buy a boat and needed a tow vehicle...he found this Expedition for $1200.00 and I wanted to gloss it up a little bit.

It has seen 174,604 unloved miles. Major swirls, scratches, hazing, dull lifeless paint, trim was shot, etc, etc.

Waterless wash
Clayed
Compounded with Rupes 21, Griots MF pad, Hi-Temp fast cut compound, McKee's 914 for final wipe down, Adam's Ceramic Boost for LSP, Blackfire tire dressing, McKee's trim restorer on trim, Adam's glass cleaner.
Not perfect, but a ton of defects were removed and the gloss was amped up substantially. The trim looks excellent now!

He is stoked that it looks this good!

Nice turn around Scott! Not a bad lookin ride for what he paid for it. Especially now.

Thanks Jesse! Yeah, it was a really good deal!!

Your detail cost more than his ride. LOL

He could turn around and sell it now for $3,000, nice work.

Kinda rminds me of when I was in my 20s. I had a $400 car with a $4000 stereo in it. LOL

Excellent job!
I always like seeing older vehicle paint get rejuvenated.
