Awesome write up and love that blue! My dad had a few 02 z06's and the paint on those are preety hard to cut least the one's i had to deal with.
This was before i knew about microfiber pads and such haha.
 
Looks great. I like the wheels. I also like the wheel and tire covers. Where did you get those if you don't mind me asking?

Richy: Thank you! Yes. I cleaned them in the garage. Used APC, then I use a Kwazar Venus psi spray bottle with water for the wipedown. I will put an 'oil change' container underneath to catch the majority of the water, etc.

Precision: Thank you! I got those here on the Geek. Heavy Duty Canvas Wheel Maskers 14 thru 20 inch Wheel Size This is what they offer now.

The car that looks so good shouldn't be driven but placed in the Car Care exhibition (ex. Automechanika Frankfurt 2016), it's a sin to drive this beauty.
 
Generally as newer body styles come out the old looks just that, old. This car no where near looks like the ten thousand dollar junker c5's on craigslist. It truly does look very valuable.

You did an excellent job. Those wheels definitely set the car off.
