So, I took a crack at my 2006 GTO that I've thus far in my ownership have only been washed, clayed and waxed.
It had minor swirls that actually hides well in the Brazen Orange, but here's a poor pic taken with my iphone 5s and it's LED blitz:

Didn't manage to take any other pictures before the detailing, but here's some after-shots:

Products used:
Washed in Meguiar's with LC wash wedge
Clayed with ONR as lube
Polished with HF Dual Action polisher and LC Orange Pad with Meg's #205
Hand-applied Coat of Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze
Hand-applied Coat of Meg's Deep Crystal Carnuba Wax

In regards to the "easy-on/easy-off" statement of the Klasse Sealant - have used it a couple of times now, and really have a hard time removing the leftover product... Is anyone else having the same experiences with Klasse?
Not sure if I'm applying a too heavy layer or what seems to be the issue, but it seems to be consistent, so I'm doing something wrong :-) Any input?
Otherwise I'm happy with my results!

Nice Goat! I use Klasse SG all the time. I apply it so thin I can barely see it. I also like to spritz my mf towel before removing. I keep thinking "Glazed Doughnut Glazed Doughnut " while I'm applying to make sure I have SG on thinly. Then I go in the house and have a few glazed doughnuts while it's hazing.

Looks great. Great color on the GTO. Klasse can be finicky when applying. You want to apply it so thin you can't see it. You also want your applicator to be damp when applying. If you are having a hard time removing it, it's probably due to too much product. You can follow with a spritz of QD on a MF towel to aid in removal.

For the next time you polish, you should follow M205 with klasse AIO. It works great with klasse sealant. Then get a small spray bottle (travel size) and put a little klasse sealant in to it. Have your applicator damp and use 1-2 spritz on your applicator and wipe onto a panel and wipe off after it flashes. Should flash right away.

Klasse looks great with about 2-3 coats. Just be sure to wait 12 hours in between coats.

Thanks for the ideas, tips and tricks!
I'll utilize that next time I go to work:-)

As a fellow goat owner I love that color! It looks great with that body style. I have an 05

Thanks for the kind words guys!
I really like my goat, it's my DD and was the last of the staple to get a proper polish after I got into more than just applying a coat of wax after washing...

When using a spritz to help with Klasse products, I'd be careful with which products you use. Sonus Spritz specifically mentions it's designed to be used with Klasse. GD's with carnauba or other waxes in them might interfere with the Klasse curing and/or bonding if you use it on the AIO before you apply the SG.

Over all Klasse products can be tempermental. I've found that putting it on too thick will kill you. If you can see it being applied, its probably going on too heavy. I've also found it can be temperature sensitive. Above 80 or below 60 and I've found it harder to use/remove.

This is my favorite color on the modern GTO!

Thanks guys...
Will throw some more elbow grease at it over the next couple of weeks, maybe add a layer of Souverän Paste Wax... We'll see :-)

Thanks Maxcustody, I do like it too, it really grew on me.
Can't help to want a black car in the garage again though, it's been almost 4 years since I had my last one... Ohh well! :-)

I have a black '06. You're better off with the orange, trust me lol

Nice job
