Just completed a multi step paint correction and ceramic coating on this beautiful 2007 porsche in basalt Black metallic.
Started with a hand wash and blow dry. Claybar to remove bonded contaminants, three step correction using Wolfgang compound, total swirl remover, and finishing glaze on various lake country pads on flex 3401 and 3 inch polishers.
Finished by coating all paint, glass, and trim with Wolfgang Uber ceramic.
Wheels were pulled, cleaned, and coated, along with brake calipers.
The last pic was what the owner wrote in the memo on the check. Made my day!

The car looks great, but you used a glaze and then ceramic coated it?

The Wolfgang finishing glaze on a white ccs smart pad has just enough correction ability to ensure that there is no micro marring. It’s become my standard last polishing step for dark cars, especially when they have been compounded. I do clean the vehicle twice with Wolfgang perfekt paint prep before coating.
