Earlier in January I got approached by the Lumina Client of mine to detail a Subaru WRX for him. He told me upfront that the car was dirrty and that I would have to clean the seats properly too. I charged accordingly and he agreed. When I arrived I got a massive fright. The car had been involved in a fire and got extinguished. Let me tell you , the dust from the fire extinguisher gets in EVRYWHERE. The car had a bad smell to it too which I needed to attend to.
When I arrived , this was the view I had
Not bad looking huh ??
I started off with a vacuum inside the cabin so I can see what I'll be up against for the next 2 days. After the vacuum I ripped out the rear seats and got to clean them.
Bottom half cleaned and top half still dirty
Front seats out
50:50
Water from the 2 front seats ONLY
After the seats were cleaned up I moved to the interior. Using various brushes to get all the dust from the extinguisher out of all the hard to reach places. After that I vacuumed again and did some door jamb cleaning ( no pics ). While doing door jambs I suddenly realized that the car would look silly with SUPER clean seats but dirty door cards  I tried a few mixtures and quickly got the correct one to clean door panels.

Interior all done for now
Next up I moved to the outside of the vehicle. Gave it a quick wash and dry. I was shocked to see the condition of the paint
etching from bird dropping
WOW they can cause some great damage.
I have no idea what this is , but it seems like a palm print of some sorts ( I know the Subaru paint is EXTREMELY soft )
I then got onto Iron'X. Saw alot of bleeding on the paint , mostly to the rear end.
After that I did my test spots and decided on Polishing pads and SF4000 for the soft paint. Here is 2 spots I managed to remove some scratches.

Here is some after shots. Alot of spots I didn't get pictures of , real pity. I need to work on my photo taking skills some more
Had some real fun working on this car. Thanx to Lawrence and Naeem for providing me info right through the detail
