So first post in Show and Shine and I know picture quality is poor, will need to invest in a digital camera soon.
Vehicle is a Black 2010 Ford F-350. It's my wife's truck used for her hauling around plants and landscaping so it gets abused. I can't let her drive around in dirty truck after all! The before pics don't show the full effect of how bad this truck needed some TLC so it received some treatment over the weekend, luckily the firehouse has a wash bay and is heated inside so I had a good place to work.
Wheels:
Griots HD Wheel Cleaner
Pinnacle APC for Wheel Wells and Engine Bay
Griot's Tire Dressing
Truck:
Pinnacle APC on Tonneau Cover
Pre Soak Foam Gun With Meguiars Gold Glass
Rinse
2 Bucket Method with Mequiars Gold Class
Rinse
Clay With Griot's Clay Bar and Speed Shine
Rinse
Dry with Water Blade, Sidekick, and Guzzler Microfiber
Paint Correction:
GG 6" and GG 3"
WG Uber Compound w/Orange CCS Pads
WG Finishing Glaze w/Black CCS Pads
WG DGPS 3.0 w/Red CCS Pads
Surf City Killer Chrome Polish on Bumpers and Lug Nut Covers
WG Trim Sealant on Trim
Rain-X on windows
I was able to accomplish a lot with this setup but I think I may be stepping up to Flex 3401 (maybe for Christmas!!!). I was able to get most of the scratches/water spots out especially that scratch along the passenger side. Very happy with the outcome, may add a coat of WG Fuzion when I get home tonight.
On a side note, any suggestion on tire dressing for large knobby tires? I feel a spray would have cut 30 minutes off trying to get the dressing in all the knooks and crannies of sidewall tread. These tires are Goodyear Duratrac if that will give you a better idea of what I'm dealing with.
Thanks
