AND UGLY. Especially compared to the older versions.

I'll clarify my opinion a little more. The BACK end is horribly UGLY. The Front is not that bad. 4,400 lbs. is ridiculous.

I just wish I could have driven it.
What it lists for and what it sells for could be way far apart just like current MSRP's on any vehicle. It's still a buyers market for the most part.

tell that to all the dealers I have been trying to buy a used daily driver from in the last month. They are willing to live off of dealer front money versus selling a unit at a little profit and move unit. One foot out the door and still looking for lobster for dinner![]()

My hat is off to you. I know for sure that I wouldn't pay that much for a domestic car. Well, at least not for that car. If it were a Vette, Viper, then I might consider it. As much as I loved my SHO, the quality of the interior wasn't very impressive. Just about everything in it was plastic and towards the end of my ownership everything started falling apart, both cosmetically and mechanically. There are only a couple of new vehicle interiors that leave me with a good impression (domestic). These are the Corvette and the Cadillac CTS-V. The CTS-V's IMO has to be the best interior that I've seen in a long time. I love that car!! Time to play the lotto.Im the MANThe new Taurus considered a Luxury car and with things like heated/cooled seats, navigation, 42 way adjustable seats, paddle shifters, etc I would def pay 42k for it. This is meant to compete with much higher priced cars and I would own one of these before some 5-series Bimmer.

You know I've been impressed with the interiors from the new domestics since about 2008. My superduty has a great interior (about 10x better than the 02's) and I recently went and looked at the 2010 mustang and the interior was also great. I would not base my thoughts on an interior from a 1990's model car as my dad's 08 Tahoe has a great looking Interior too.
I can't wait until people start chipping/exhausting these things SHO's, I'm sure they are going to be beasts. Do they really weigh 4400 pounds?
