I had a new customer contact me who had found me via Instagram. They were interested in having some paint correction done on their Maserati. I had them come in for a quote yesterday and checked out the car. Gave them a quote and they agreed and wanted it done ASAP. I had an opening today...so, in it came!

2010 Maserati Gran Turismo C, metallic black, tan interior, 25,000 +/- miles.

The car was not in the best of shape. Covered in water spots, swirls galore over every inch of surface area, wheels trashed. Just hasn't been loved very much in it's life...that is until today!

2BW w/Adam's shampoo. Added about 3 ounces of APC to my mix. Micro-chenille mitt. Adam's deep wheel cleaner on wheels. Mics brushes, etc. Sealed with Hydro2. Hydes syrum on rotors for rust prevention. Master Blaster to dry.

Tuff shine cleaner on tires. Blackfire tire dressing.

Clayed with medium grade Nanoskin wash mitt. Used Wolfgang autobathe as lube. Iron-x'd.

Flex 3401 w/Meg's 5" foam cutting and polishing discs. Speeds varied between 4-5. Rupes LHR75E w/orange 3" lake country pad.

HD Cut and HD Polish.

Glass-HD glass

LSP: ceramic coating not carried by AG...

Exhaust tips: Pinnacle exhaust brightener.

Engine bay: Blackfire cleaner/protectant, AIO.

Interior: Metro vac, Adam's Total Interior Detailer.

Wow very nice. Those water spots looked horrible. Car looks brand new now. Great job.

Great work! :xyxthumbs:

As well as the paint, that engine bay now looks amazing!

Thanks everyone! Much appreciated!

craigdt: yes, the new low profile pads are what I used.

Sweet ride. I got a dark silver one in a few weeks. Great work

That is a super job on one really cool looking car. That must have been fun to work on! Great job!

Thanks everyone! paul g: LOL! Great tune man!

It was pretty fun/rewarding to work on!

Great job and greater save!

I'll NEVER understand why people with money let a car get to that point💩

The wheels look dangerous like a trident just taken from Neptune's hands, engine is big black Pandora's box & surely it sounds as it looks.
Everything came out perfect in the end for you & customer, I can see that paint finish was hard to work on but instead of just burning clear coat as most do & pretending it was "polished", you showed your professionalism & that combined with common sense made it look like it looks - ideal.
Your customer just won a Jackpot he met you, I doubt anybody would do it better than you & most probably would just return him too much polished, overheated, dead paint & then BS him with ceramic paint coating etc.
I would add some more compliments you deserve but what else can I say? Absolute.
Or should I use next time just 3 words that best describe all your detailing projects? Perfect. Ideal. Absolute.

Thank you Shark! You are too kind my friend!

My wife said the same thing about the wheels!! Said they mimic the Maserati symbol's trident features!

Again, thank you for the response!

As usual Scott another awesome job on a sweet ride :xyxthumbs:
You are the go to man for exotics!
