I can't deny the forced rotation of the 3401, Richy. It does feel rough as hell and I can't stand that! I've tried many different pads to see if I could make it feel less rough, but I've failed miserably. I'm giving it ONE more shot; just ordered some 5" LC Hybrid pads. If those aren't any better, I'm throwing the 3401 in the trash.

Amazing work! I'm sorry you aren't having success with m101. It seems with m105 and m101 your results are different than mine.

Mark, jump on a plane and come to Detroit. We'll work on something together and you'll be loving it. Having said that, I think the Rupes is the better tool if your budget allows. I am glad I have both.

Roshan, thank you. It took me a bit of playing with the 100 to get comfortable with it (ie the shorter working time) but I was really enjoying it by the end. I need to play with 101 more to really find out where and how it shines. Don't forget, I've been using M105 for a long time. I even made a video for it for the people who were having problems with it dusting and whatnot. To me, it's an amazing product!
