This car belongs to a long time friend of mine. Around the time I started I asked to detail it for the purpose of building my portfolio and name recognition.

Hope you guys enjoy the show:

Chemical Guys Euro Snow Foam Soap
Kwazar Venus Super Foamer

Blackfire Rinseless Wash

Wolgang Elatic Poly Clay Bar
Wolfgang Clay Lubricant
Optimum Power Clean
Chemical Guys Bare Bones Undercarriage Spray
other APCs
Meguiars Non Acid Tire and Wheel Cleaner
Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush
Detailer's Pro Series Tire Gel
various other wheel and tire brushes
Pinnacle Exhaust Cleaner & Brightener

Daytona Jr. Speed Master Wheel Brush
Dakota Non Smoke

Poorboys Blackhole

Wolfgang Fuzion Estate Wax

My friend actually does make some investment in maintaining this vehicle. He had it detailed by someone once before. He also gets it hand washed at a place in my opinion that is your classic hit or miss type place, but probably better than an automatic wash still.

For the undercarriage, Optimum Power Clean with the Daytona Brush. Ultimately they will be dressed with Bare Bones spray. Used Meguiars Non Acid Tire and Wheel Cleaner for the wheels and tires. Ultimately dressed the tires with Detailer's Pro Series Tire Gel.

Kwazar Venus Super Foamer a fun game changer for me. I used this tool to foam the car and then followed up with a two bucket method wash.
I used a third mitt in the rinse solution (credit Junkman2000 on Youtube) to rinse the car.
I also decided to added a cap size amount of Blackfire rinseless to the rinse bucket for extra lubricity.

After using the Speed Master Jr. with various all purpose cleaners followed by a wipe with Blackfire Rinseless in a quick detailer concentration, it was on to polishing them with Pinnacle.
1st time using the Pinnacle exhaust cleaner. Works really well; it did quick work.

I used Blackhole, two applications on the car. I followed with my LSP with two coats of Fuzion.

Being that I wasn't in a position to get a read on the paint thickness I decided to save the Menzerna for another time, and go with Blackhole. Until next time we do this.

Very nice job and dedication to the craft.love that car in white,if my situations in life were different I would get one.

Nice job! :props:

I appreciate your concern regarding
the CC-paint's thickness; but, IMO:
Blacklight was a rather unique choice
of product to use on this vehicle.

It may be a unique choice, but the results speak for themselves. (jut my observation)

Nice work Rod. Looking good.

You wont get any readings with a standard PTG as most if not all the panels are of a composite composition.

I would have gone with SF4000 on a white pad to polish it up a bit and then went with your LSP.

Nicely done, Rod. That'll be good for the portfolio!

Thank you.

I didn't have a plan set in stone on this one, more of a he's getting what I feel like type detail. When I decided against abrasive polishes, I factored in the car does get cleaned somewhat regularly by hand wash with aparent love marks via careless effort. So instead of a more typical paint cleanser with some filler like Blackfire Paintwork Cleansing Polish with light fillers; I went with light cleaning heavy filler type product in Blackhole.

Blackhole, I chose over White Diamond, because even though the yellow car was a very bright color I wouldn't consider it in the 'light color'.

Thanks.

I was tempted still. Being at a time where I couldn't be rebrief on the history and at the time SF4500 was what I had. Now adding SF4000 to my collection I would have been very tempted to once over it.

Thank you everyone for your very kind words.

I also like the fact that the people that have commented here, I have followed, admired, and learned a great deal from your experiences.
