Sorry. Nope. Too European looking for my taste. Doesn't look like an American muscle car anymore.

Talk about putiing the Pony before the cart, I guess this won't be on the dealer lots until late 2014?
Maybe it's the Euro influence that attracts me to this new Mustang. I find cars like the Ferrari posted and the beginning of this thread and others like the Jag E-type to be some of the most beautiful cars ever built.
It's funny that the Fusion is brought up as the front of that car is a dead rip-off of an Aston Martin. I'm surprised Aston's new owners didn't take Ford to court over that one.
Looks sharp. However, I can not bring myself to spend $70k on a Mustang, ever, no matter the situation.
I think the $70k mustangs are kind of a niche thing though- for enthusiasts. Fact is, the Mustang is a pretty good deal equipped right. A Base V6 is pushing 300 horsepower at the rear wheels, with a nice 6 speed transmission for around $21,000 sticker. Ford routinely runs lots of incentives- they are not a brand you'd really be paying close to sticker for anyway (My Focus was MSRP'ed at $21,400- I paid $16,480. Special order from the factory). You're still under $30k with a 400+ horsepower GT, and you can even throw a convertible in the mix or even a completely loaded V6 rag top in the mix for that.
The Mustang has a huge price spread and if you start doing crazy stuff and sending it off to Shelby and so on and so forth you can spend some money- but it's not an expensive car, really.
