Howdy Everyone!

I thought I would share this. I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 6M and I wanted to get the paint corrected and sealed as soon as possible. I went ahead and did some other work at that same time. Below is the process and the photos. Enjoy!

Wash - Griot's Brilliance Wash
Clay - Generic paint clay and Ultima Waterless Wash for lube
Wheels - Griot's Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner
Tires - McKee's 37 Rubber and Tire Rejuvenator
Correction - Meguiar's Ultimate Polish w/Hex Logic light cut pad on a HF DA
McKee's Coating Prep Polish w/Hex Logic polish pad on a HF DA
Ceramic Coating - McKee's Paint Coating
Door Jams - Meguiars Ultimate Spray Wax
Tire Sealant - McKee's Tire Coating (4 coats)
Glass - McKee's Glass Coating
Interior Trim - Wolfgang Cockpit Trim Sealant

Upcoming - CQuartz Wheel & Trim Coating, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant 3.0

Nice job, I just traded in my Mazda 3, liquid silver just like yours appears to be. It was a great car! Just be careful with the paint correction over time, my Mazda had dangerously thin paint from the factory. If memory serves it was around 60-70 microns. Just a heads up so you don't assume you can compound as much as other cars. Enjoy that beauty!

First off, congrats on stepping up and getting the car with 3 pedals!

I'm sure Derek0609 will see this as he has the same model, different color and his car is always spotless (when possible) I think that color looks great on the car and you did a great job and used solid products for sure, should stay looking great for a long time, great job on the car :props:

Nice car and nice work!

Here's my 6, it's a Touring with the Tech Package which means I only have 2 pedals unfortunately.

Great job man, like the opt said careful not to polish the vehicle too much. The mazda paints I worked on is very soft, soft like Lexus. Let the swirls and scratches accumulate and then polish! Overall, love the color.
