3D HD Car Car Now Available at Autogeek!

Finally! For those are not familiar to 3D, I have used their stuff in mass for years. Real stand outs are:

HD Polish
HD Speed
HD Adapt
Pink Car Soap
Orange Degreaser (really good APC)
HD Protect for leather, vinyl

I've used everything in their line, everything is solid and a great value, but these are the ones that have been great for my business.

I was really impressed with speed.

The only thing I did not like about HD Protect is that it doesn't have offer any type of UV protection. Other than that it's a good product.

I have HD Polish, HD Poxy (donated by a member from Autopia) and their new carnauba wax that I got as part of their giveaway on Autopia.

The problem with UV protection is any company can say that something has UV protection, but apart from the chemists who formulated, who can really tell?

And EVEN if it does. How well and how long does it last? 1 day, 1 week, or months? No one can tell.

There's no FDA for detailing products and no one to enforce claims being true.

So with that, I wouldn't knock on a product because it doesn't have UV protection, my cynical self believes that none of them really do and if they do, they probably don't last as long as the dressing itself.

HD Poxy is one of my favorite sealants next to BFWD.

I've seen 3D products on Amazon, and even considered buying some, but since I wasn't familiar with the brand, I always held off on buying. Now that I see it here, I feel much more confident about it as a product... AND I can just add it to my orders here. Nice!

hd adapt/polish and 3D pink car soap are all solid offerings...

I have used the 3D Pink car soap. Nice product. I used in on my boat for an entire summer. Cleaned very well and very inexpensive.

I'm not saying it's a bad product nor am I not recommending anyone to not use it. I feel more comfortable with something that states UV protection. To quote Mike Phillips "Find something you like and use it often"

Excellent decision. HD Polish is incredible, & I'm really looking to try Cut, Speed, & Poxy.

So they have been around for 20 years but I have never heard of them.

Did they private label other brands? Or sell under other names?

3D just came out with theit AAT compound and polish. They're supposed to be amazing. Hopefully, AG will carry these soon. I bought these directly from 3D. Cant wait to try them.

How does the 3D Pink Car Soap compare to offereings like Duragloss 901 or Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo?

Price wise, they seem to be in direct competition.

Pink doesn't have the slickness or gloss that 901 has, but it cleans better, and will not effect coatings.

3D pink car soap is a nice maintenance soap that cleans well with no gloss enhancers (smells good too). works really well in both the foam gun and foam cannon/lance. I've been through at least 4+ gallons now and it's every bit as good if not better than CG's maxi suds II and other similar pink car soaps while being reasonably priced as well...

Excited that 3D is now a part of the Geek.

If anyone has questions on the products, please feel free to post them on the forum.

Thanks. So, is it one of those products designed to be blown out of a gun or will it also work OK for those of us who use buckets?
