Knocked this out today.

Was kind of a weird deal---crappy body work, med paint then paint gets hard and then vice versa.

Had to do some wet sanding and some compounding in several places.

Overall---was able to correct most of poor rotary buffing paint work with Pinnacle Souveran Jeweling wax.

Both doors and lower front fenders has tons of pig tails from dry sanding clear coat.

Was only able to smooth out the tails to the point where you can not see them but they are there...

Bummed about that but wasn't interested in digging that deep in the clear coat to remove the tails. Its hard to see and thought it's better to be safe than sorry!

Poor paint work is a pain! My sister-in-law purchased a 67 GTO clone, and it was the nice medium blue in BC/CC. I chased imperfections on the trunk lid for about hour until I realized they were in the paint, under the clear...
