Dear forum members,

here are some after pics of a friend's '57 Thunderbird I did today.
Wash - Ultima - Nick thanks for including the sample with my G15 order
Step 1 - Polish with XMT3 using Griots BOSS WHITE pad. WOW Nick you were right - the BOSS pads are excellent. The white pads cuts like crazy!
Step 2 - Polish with Griot's Correcting Cream with Griot's BOSS orange pad
Step 3 - XMT 360 with Griot's orange pad
Step 4 - Hand wax with XMT180 carnauba
Interior cleaning (Pinnacle) and wire wheel cleaning (toothbrush and one spoke at a time)

This is my first time using thin pads ... Have always used LC CCS pads. Its simply amazing how much smoother the polisher is with the thin pads, and the cutting ability of the white pad is pretty impressive. This car was HEAVILY swirled but after the above mentioned steps, it's come a long way. Sorry no before pics...I was pressed for time as the owner needed it back by a certain time, and well the pics had to take a back seat to doing what we love.

Enjoy.
