Had a repeat client drop off his 70 Nova for it's yearly spring polishing.

I usually don't like to do a traditional wash with classic vehicles but this time around it needed it from it's winter slumber.

Washed with Mckees extreme foam shampoo

Wheels/tires- wheels received Mckees foaming wheel cleaner gel. Tires scrubbed with LATA then topped with Mckees Gloss Tire Gel.

Clayed with nanoskin medium grade prep pad and Uber Rinseless wash as lube

Paint was polished with G21, fast correcting cream and orange BOSS correcting pads. Finished polished with 3D 505, PC7424, white LC pro thin pad.

LSP- Mckees 37 High Def Paint Sealant. Left to cure for 30min before wipe off.

Chrome polished with McKee's Fast Metal Polish

Sorry for the indoor pics and videos. Been cloudy out all day.

Sweet! It amazes me that these were practically throw-away cars that high school kids drove in the mid 80s. It's so nice to see them restored like this.

How is the work flow during the winter there.Hard to survive?

Looks awesome Justin!

Thanks bud.

I know. It's crazy isn't it!

Pretty much non existent work during the winter months. Random job here an there.

I'm considering moving back. But if I do I was considering going mobile and doing fleet accts like Poland spring etc.Going mobile 100 percent .people there pay a premium for mobile work and it's not as saturated like south florida.Went there 3 times with my mobile truck and was turning away work.We will see what happens. You are more of a correction type setup.I was gonna do both and business accts.Looking for a small business to buy there first for solid year round income.I also own a hair salon in Hobe sound which does good, but I don't want to control it from ny.So we will see thanks for your reply.

No problem bud. It's all dependant on where you are located. I can't do mobile during the winter months mainly because most clients don't have heated garages. Kinda tough cleaning cars when it's 15deg outside lol. I can wash smaller vehicles in my garage during winter months. Clients do pay for mobile but I only do it if they have a garage for me to work in. No garage not polishing outside lol.

Nice work Justin. :xyxthumbs:

I have a soft spot for a nice Nova, I like the stance on this one. Actually, the depth in the paint is rather attractive too! Beautiful job mate, thanks for sharing. :props:

Aaryn NZ.

Thanks guys! Owner is a very nice retired correction officer. I tossed in a couple Supreme 530s and a bottle of Mckees N914 mixed up to waterless wash ratio.

Great work! I always liked the look of those wheels for a light duty drag style wheel
