I have been meaning to share a few "Show N' Shine" details for quite some time & finally had a spare minute. :xyxthumbs:

Here we have a 1986 Honda City Turbo II. Nothing too ambitious in the way of defect removal etc, just a bit of oxidization & really, I kinda figured it was an interesting car to share. Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover done the trick via Flex & Blue LC Hybrids & LSP was Megs D156.

Pictures - before condition.

A couple of 50/50 pictures -

- some pictures of the little beast finished -

Thank you for looking!

Nice! Great work and pics! LOVE those 50/50 shots! Really amped up the gloss and knocked out the defects!

Very cool little car and nice work. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice! :xyxthumbs:
I remember well those little "bulldogs": does this one still have the folding Motocompo bike?

Great job bringing that paint back to life. Looks like it would be fun to drive to!

:xyxthumbs: Thank you Sir.

I've never seen a Honda that looked like this, thank you for sharing.

Interesting looking. I like it!

:)

:xyxthumbs: Thanks Mike. I have to confess, I actually owned one of these but not the turbo version as a daily driver instead of driving a 458hp RX7 to work. The turbo version had the same 1230cc engine & the turbo II got an intercooler & a whopping 108hp!!! Not really a classic as such but starting to get rare in good condition.

That paint came alive! Well done.

:xyxthumbs: Thanks mate! Single stage . . . soft . . great fun.

:xyxthumbs: Haha, yes - I remember them having the nickname "bulldogs". No, unfortunately it hasn't got the Motocompo but there have been a few on the market here of late.

:xyxthumbs: Thank you my friend! Yeah Don, these will pick up that inside rear when pushing hard through a bend . . . if you can call it "pushing hard".

What a cool looking car! It actually looks like it would be easy to work on, other than being low. I LOVE the 50/50's! Great job man!!

Thanks Richy. :xyxthumbs: Definitely wasn't the hardest car I have detailed thats for sure. Nice soft single stage & not too much real estate to cover, not too low but I must admit - I'm starting to think seriously about getting a lift at the shop.
