A Good One Step Compound & Polish

My 1-step combinations currently

M100 on a Yellow uro-tec pad
HD Polish+ or Scholl Concepts S30+ on a uro-fiber pad
Boss Fast Correcting Cream on Maroon uro-tec pad
Boss Finishing Sealant on Boss Microfiber pad

I'm interested in trying HD Polish+ and have come across a number of your posts. But you've mentioned that Polish+ doesn't have enough cut for defect removal on hard paints. So what would be your recommendation for a 1-step swirl remover on that type paint?

I'm leaning towards Menzera Medium Cut 2500 at this point.

edit: I just came across these recommendations of yours again in another thread.

Right now I have 4 different combo's that work for 99% of the cars I work on (most of which are single-stage repaints)

Hard Paint - M100 paired with either maroon uro-tec heavy polishing pad
Medium/hard paint - Boss Correcting Cream paired with boss microfiber cutting pad
Medium/Soft Paint - Scholl Concepts S20 Black paired with yellow uro-tec polishing pad
Soft paint - HD Polish+ paired with orange uro-cell pad

so my new set up or i should say my main combos because all paint is diffent so i have more then one with me on hand

megs d300 WIPED off with Sonax PNS, with a Griots finishing MF pad
menz 400 WIPED off with Sonax PNS, with a Griots finishing MF pad
essence WIPED off with RELOAD, with a Griots finishing MF pad

so these are all in my travel case and so far have been enough to complete any task.

i do also carry about 6 foam pads JUST in case
