I just wanted to give a quick thanks to AG.

I made an order last week during the Columbus day sale...placed my order on Sunday, then noticed on Monday they were offering a free bottle of Pinnacle Souveran spray wax with every order of a kit.

I shot Megan a quick email asking if it was possible that I could get the bottle since I ordered a 6 pack of LC pads (thinking it was a kit) and had just missed the spray wax sale by a day.

She wrote back saying my order had already been packed, but she said whoever packed it probably threw one in anyway.

Well, she was right :). I got my package yesterday and in with all my goodies was a bottle of the spray wax. Thou it may seem like a small thing, it is little things like that which I appreciate, so just wanted to say thx to AG and their staff...you guys get a big :dblthumb2:

Same thing here, e-mailed Meghan on Monday and response was: "on order". TYVM!
 
I am quite amazed by the consistent level of "Delight the Customer" customer service that I've not only experienced but have read about since starting to hang out on the forum.

It could be a very interesting B school case study. Congrats!

Just got a rather sizable order yesterday, and thrown in as freebies were 3 of the new black microfibers! Very, very cool, and totally unexpected. Thanks so much to AG!!:applause:

Yeah, same here. But, I didn't bother calling or emailing anyone because I was already happy with the deal that I got with the special sale prices + free shipping + the AGBUCKS discount + a free sample of WGTSR.

Anyway, I received my order yesterday, and much to my surprise, there was a free bottle of Pinnacle Souveran spray wax packed in the box along with the rest of the goodies :)
