He's just a genuinely nice guy! I've talked to him several times on the phone, and not only to he help come through in the clutch with some of my orders, we've also talked about life in general. I've never met him, but he feels like a friend to me. :props:
 
I think the whole Autogeek staff is the same way! That's what makes their customer service great!

Dwayne deserves a lot of credit. He has gone out of his way multiple times for me and is also one of the people I can thank for the decision to get my Flex 3401 a couple years ago. I got to meet Dwayne in person and hung out with him for a few minutes at DF this year. He's a great guy and a true asset to Auogeek!!

I'll second this......Dwayne is a more-than-exceptional customer service rep! I definitely enjoy interacting with him when he takes my orders. Max, give the man a hefty pay raise!
 
Dwayne is the definition of customer service and an all around great person.
 
Dwayne is awesome!

I first met him at one of Mike's training classes and then talked to him again at Detail Fest.
You will not find a more friendly, knowledgable and likeable person.

The staff at Autogeek really does an awesome job and are all very personable. I look forward to seeing them whenever I visit.
 
Dwayne is awesome. I had an issue with a Flex that I purchased from AG. Dwayne jumped on the problem right away and got it taken care of for me.

He is the best !!!
 
I think everyone's that's been fortunate enough to deal with Dwayne knows he's a First Class guy and a pleasure to deal with... :dblthumb2:

Thanks to Mark for thinking enough of me to start this thread and to all that joined it. I'm just happy to be a part of this and it's a privilege to be able to know you and assist you.

Whenever someone compliments Max on our company he is always very quick to direct the attention to his staff and I must do the same. I'm just a spoke in the wheel and there are so many others here that enable me to do what I do and I couldn't do it without them. And of course Max who is the yolk that holds it all together.
 
I give Dwayne two thumbs up as well. I had a slight problem with one of the orders I had a couple weeks ago and he straightened it out in a manner that was beyond expectations. Autogeek's customer service is second to none and should be a benchmark for all companies, in my not so humble opinion.
 
Yep! Dwayne is a great guy.

Met him at meet/greet after Mike's training class in january. down to earth guy that was more than happy to spend his saturday evening hanging out and talking to us detailers about life in general.

great with customer service as well. helped me out with an order and warranty issue beginning of this month. he is a great asset to AG. keep up the great work Dwayne!
 
Dwayne is indeed rather cool .. best part he truly loves what he is doing and it shows !
 
Dwayne is the efn epitome of customer service! Seriously! Talk about someone who will give honest candid advice and not general advice. I think he told me he ran a shop for 7 years and he Definately knows his stuff and doesnt BS!
Thanks man for your help and coming thru for me on the hiccup on my order with the compounds and when I got notification that a gallon of product exploded mid delivery and u were able to overnight me new goods! YOU RAAAAAWK HOMIE!

Got to add to the Kudos for Dwayne parade. He is a true genuine good fun guy..that just happens to be great at connection w/customers and loves his job. (lucky for us) I have never had a bad experience or conversation with him. I just feel bad for Max cuz now he's gonna start demanding a new office..bigger chair...and if his head gets any bigger they are gonna have to build him his own shrine...J/K..many thanks Dwayne....are a class act from Rog down here in SA.
 
I owe Dwayne-o a note of thanks as well. He helped me out recently when I had an issue with a bottle of Ultima Waterless Wash Plus. Great customer service as always, which is why I keep coming back to Autogeek again and again. Plus, I've had the pleasure of meeting Dwayne in person, and he's one of the coolest guys I've ever met. Awesome dude to hang out with. :dblthumb2:
