This guy is bar-none, one of THE best detailers out there. Not only that, he's a VERY nice guy. I've never met him in person, but one day I might get lucky enough. He ALWAYS answers my questions/PM's, which has helped me countless times! Just thought I'd give credit, where credit is due.

:iagree:. Never asked any questions personally but seems like a very nice guy. Always explains his process for his details and answers all question on the forums.

+1 Chad has helped me out on many occasions via PM's and replies to questions in general threads... does amazing work, too - some of which inspired me to get into professional detailing for myself!

... hats off to the majority of the AGO community for also encompassing these traits and creating a very helpful and useful place for anyone to gain knowledge and make some friends along the way!

Rasky really seems like a down-to-earth guy, as opposed to some of the "famous" detailers. As far as I'm concerned, the only famous detailers are Mike Phillips and Paul Dalton, they're the only ones I've ever seen on TV (YouTube doesn't count).

IIRC Rasky has been around body shops since he was 12 or something, so he's been at this paint thing for a while.

I have met him and I'll back you up he's the real deal, not only a very talented detailer but a person that also conducts themselves professionally both on and off the forum.

Just thought I'd give credit, where credit is due.

That's a good practice to practice...

I have been lucky enough to meet him in SEMA of 2011 and I can attest that Chad is definitely a nice guy. He treats everyone with respect and doesn't hesitate to help anyone in need. I've been asking him questions ever since 2008 and he never judges, looks down or frowns upon them. He's definitely considered an elite detailer yet he takes time to answer questions of us newbies. He treats each conversation with respect and takes time to explain everything to the best of his knowledge. He's not selfish with his knowledge either.

Kudos to you Chad and on behalf of everyone, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the time and help!!!

I've not had the pleasure to meet him yet but hope to one day. I have been following all of his threads and most of my purchases are due to his advice and experience.

Never met him just admiring his work on hear and other forums.
Top notch I have learned a lot from him just from his show and shine threads ..

i to have emailed him over the last few years.pretty awesome guy

There are many I could thank on the forum, SO THANK YOU AS WELL!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chad at SEMA. Definitely a great guy !!!!!

Thanks, Jim!

I definitely consider you a great friend! :dblthumb2: You're one of the few detailers numbers that I have saved in my phone. Thank you for always answering my questions, as I highly respect you, and your knowledge of detailing. Also, thanks for always being so generous with samples. :props:

Chad was very helpful answering questions about opticoat when I first started, so a shout out to him.

And to echo the statement, Mark I highly respect your opinion as well! Thanks for all the feedback you have given me and others :)

His youtube Opti-Coat 2.0 application video really helped me out when I applied the coating for the first time this past weekend!

Chad is a class act through and through. Someone I have always looked up to for his character, skill, and ability to remain humble in spite of it all. Just a great guy - Period

Perfectly stated Corey!
I would really like for Chad to attend Detail Fest one year as I know many of us would enjoy meeting him in person.

Wow, I hardly know what to say...I guess I'm just really humbled by all of this.

I do enjoy helping others when I can, giving back to the communities and those who have helped me through the years.

Thank you, all of you! :thankyousign:
