I haven't been here in a while and we took another trip with some friends over the weekend to see this fantastic/priceless/overwhelming private collection.

Enjoy!

That's one serious collection !!!! I got Cargasms a few times just from the pics.

Very Cool!

Love the Indy Cars... Not many but that is my main interest.

Anyone who is an IndyCar fan like me should see the Unser Museum in Albuquerque, NM if you have the chance. And of course the museum at IMS.

Wow

Porsche 904 and an F1

Glad ya'll are enjoying the pics. There was so much more! Would take so long to post!

And I got to hang out with Bobby Rahal!

Thanks for all the great pics, Scott !!! :props:

Lots of great cars there, but for me, the Gurney Eagle stands above them all. Great car by an even greater man. Everybody always thinks of Shelby as the quintessential American "car guy" but Dan Gurney was the real deal, both in and out of the car. The late, great Jim Clark's father said "Dan Gurney was the only driver Jimmie ever feared." (And many consider Clark to be one of the true greats in racing history).

That has got to be one the rarest/most eclectic collections of cars in US. I was thinking as I was scrolling this needs a couple modern cars to be perfect. Then out pops an F1!

Best collection, right there. I’d pay $50 just to see the F1.

Thank you so much for posting, you never disappoint!

At my brother-in-laws urging, who lives in Naples, he invited us to the museum. I was awestruck and had trouble which one or two I would like to take home with me. After checking with my broker, he told me that I should just leave without one.

I did note however, a few of them could use some better paint correction...there's a difference between good and great. I'm sure most of you would agree.

I am glad everyone is enjoying the pics!!!! The owner prides himself in most of the cars being in their 'as is/as raced/as retired' condition...so no paint corrections (unfortunately) will take place within those walls.

Damn!!

Awesome stuff, Scotty. Thanks for sharing!! :)

Lordy....

Thanks for taking us along!

Tom
