Acura TL Correction Process (Lots of Pics) 1000th post!

Great work! That paint really pops and sparkles now.

Question: what brush is that you have up the tailpipe?

Daytona Jr. AG carries it. I highly recommend it and it's big brother. oops, just saw that somebody else already answered.

Nice Jeremy! Maybe the new guy from Atlanta, Anthony will see this one. He was saying he wanted to clean up his daughters TL.

Yep I hear ya' on the 405. After I bought my first 101 I literally stopped using 105, and before didn't use it 'straight'. ;) If no other way I'll just prime the pad with something else, say UC then mix it 2:1 with UC or D300 when working.

"Smiling cars"
Who in the he!! ever thought up that grill scheme, and managed to spread it out over manufacturers world freaking wide. OMG!

Then of course there are the Fords that have catfish mouth. Looks like a big frown or something. :dunno: I have this picture in my mind of Richard Hammond (Top Gear) making the catfish mouth when they were talking about how bad those cars look.

I think it was mazda who originated the smile, though I could be wrong. hahaha well ford's frown grill looks like aston martin's grill, so i guess astons are catfishes too Im the MAN

VERY nice work!!! Congrats on the 1000th post!

Mazda is definitely the biggest offender when it comes to smiling cars. I just can't stand it. I think cars should look aggressive and tough. I guess people really like the look though, because I see new Mazda's everywhere. Whatever makes people happy I guess haha.

So you really like the 101, huh?

That I do. :dblthumb2:

Still doesn't like old neglected paint (like 105), but cuts like crazy (works well of course) but most importantly.... doesn't fight like mad when you're trying to remove it.

(Providing of course it's not applied too thick.) ;)

I've found that I have very little trouble removing 105 since switching to mf pads. I think it's a combo of working cleaner and using less product. Every once in a while though, wow, it's hard to remove.
It's a product that definitely tells you if you are using too much product or getting it too hot etc.

I may have to get a bottle of 101 and test it out.

Great job!

wich Bp are u using with the megs pads and the GG , found the bp coming with the kit does not keep the pads in place for more than a few passes.
