Am I missing something, when I use Megs apc to scrub any tires I get NO foaming at all its at 4:1. It cleans yes, but am I missing something is not supposed to foam (and yes according to my wife I am crazy )

I just would like to see some foaming.

I don't think foam does the cleaning.
