Ordered several items from AG using the 20% off VIP and free shipping for Mike P's anni. AG, of course, shipped promptly the next day - July 20. Thought I would have the package by the following Monday. When it didn't arrive I checked the UPS site with the tracking number. By the tracking info it was "out for delivery" on the 25th but returned because it was damaged in transit. So, it gets all the way to my local UPS hub and out for delivery before the morons notice it's damaged? It's "being returned". If I was AG, I'd be seriously screaming at my UPS rep that they need to pike a few employees out in front of HQ to set an example.
