Any CPA/Quickbook Savvy Detailers??

So i just signed up for Quickbooks online....and i need help lol. Give me a polisher and im your man...give me a ton of numbers annnnnd...yeah, this isnt my forte.

Anyone who cares to help me take on this daunting task??

Just a suggestion: Barter a detail with a local CPA. Many would be able to give you help with quickbooks.

Well basically setting up quickbooks to be "detailer" friendly. A lot of the included accounts and such i really dont need (we are small, only 2 person) and then mainly...getting everything to sync up. With the online set up it links my business bank account, business credit card and paypal all together but it looks very intimidating trying to match everything up...and im not sure how far back i need to go to match everything up either.

Yep, sounds like you need a local expert - there are tons of Quickbook experts / consultant types out there that shouldn't be too costly. PM me if you need some initial help and good luck!

Yeah, Will. I would find a bookkeeper that specializes in small businesses and offers QuickBooks setup/support. Once you get the hang of it then you can fly on your own. There is a local woman here that does all that as well as accounting, payroll processing, taxes, QuickBooks, and business start-up/development. Plus here website has a ton of free help and access. That's the route I would go.
