Anyone use spray wax on their windows

any QD or spray wax that I'm using on the paint, the exterior glass will receive it too. on the interior windows I use a dedicated glass cleaner...

Ditto. I use Optimum on one of my cars after every wash. Way too much trouble to worry about getting it on the glass so I just do it all. Haven't noticed any problems. Probably not the ideal thing to use on glass, but it makes the process lots easier.

FK425 works great as a glass cleaner. Since you brought this up I thought I would point out that Duragloss Rain Repel makes for a great quick detailer on paint.

When haven't I used a spray wax (D156) on not only windows, but everything.

+1 for me.

There's no need for rain-x on the windshield when you apply D156 on it. Water just flies off.

I love D156!

Ok, you guys talked me out of it.

Davidc, hows the Collinite durability test going?

Going great, I would recommend either 476S or 885. I recently had a curious bug after around 5 Months and applied 915 over both. I did both Vehicles near the end of March/ beginning of April. Washes mostly consisting of DG 932 and now that the weather is on the down turn I am sure the 476S/885 would have made at least 9 Months. The 915 looks/feels good also. On the humidity side you probably do not want to go there. Easiest explanation I can think of is after a major Monsoon storm with lots of rain then the Sun coming out (NASTY). Everything smells like mold in those areas after living here then visiting in those areas. If your there long enough you get use to it and really do not notice it. I lived in those areas for 20 some odd years and have no desire to go back. I just wish all the people/developers that are H*LL bent on converting a desert to the atmosphere they came from would go back. The Desert is not meant to have lakes lush green golf courses etc. and just breeds mosquito's and humidity. When I moved here in 77 you rarely ever saw a mosquito. Now that the rant is over, on with the show.
