Astro Van Mobile Set up

FYI. I didn't see one but you will need a transfer pump for that pressure washer to run off a water tank. You would need a commercial grade PW to use a water tank without a transfer pump.
Good Luck :-)

Well, I think if your pressure washer has a pump...then you shouldn't need a pump. If it's telling you to hook up a hose that has pressure, then I can't imagine it would have a pump on it.

Shurflo makes some great water pumps. I currently have one, and it's worked great for me.

ok it say i need 2.9gpm so which shurflo is good the one i see only pumps 1.5gpm

a home center type PW must have water that is under pressure coming to it. If you try running the PW off the tank with out a pump on the tank u will burn the PW pump up.

Go to your local pressure washing equipment supply store, they should be able to help you.

Mujahdi,

The PW will not work by gravity feed. For gravity feed you need a commercial PW.

Google - how to hook up a pressure washer to a water tank

for more info :buffing:

To use your PW with a tank you need a pump to pump the water from the tank to the PW

thanks john i will just buy a pump then i tried all other options asking u lol thanks alot i will hand wash to get my pump money up and will hook up pics coming by next weekend hopefully

I think that pump is overkill. You don't want to exceed your gpm by that much. I would get something closer to what you need.

Plus, that may not be a demand pump. If it's not...it's just gonna keep pumping water your way even when you don't need it.

ok then wow good price though for 60 bucks though will it hurt if its not a demand pump even if i dont squeeze the trigger will it hurt the pressure washer
