2002 Chevy Cavalier Z24

Original owner commuted it for three years. He died and nobody did anything with the car for 15 years.

It came in with swirls, old wax, hazy windows, and ZERO RUST! A very fun job.

I love it!
It's fun making a vehicle that "shouldn't" look amazing, look amazing lol.

Nice work :applause:

Very nice! Might be the only cool cavalier left.. other than the on on Budget’s forearm of course ;)

I was *really* into Cavaliers back then...

I ordered a '92 Cavalier 2Dr RS V6 5spd through our special employee plan. It was mainly to be my daily driver for work as I was heavily in to my C2 'Vettes at the time and didn't want to drive them to work.

Turned out, it was a fun little car to drive and ranked right up there with the Chevy V8 Monza I once owned.

When I finally sold the car a few years ago, it was still in near-mint condition with only 98K miles. Recently saw the car, it's still running great after 28+ years. Sadly, the door skins have developed rot but the rest of the car is solid.

FWIW, while I thought the Z-24's were cool for what they were (a more obtainable Z-28?) that's not really my arm w a Cavalier tattoo

It's definitely SOMEBODY'S arm with a Cavalier tattoo, just not mine.

Hahah you got me! Glad it’s not your arm

Were ya searching for something nice to say about it as opposed to the more appropriate "A Cavalier tattoo??? I'm *sure* it seemed like a good idea at the time!"

Wonder what the guy who really has it on his harm thinks as he looks at it now?

What I was intending to say something along the lines of, that’s probably the only nice cavalier I’ve seen. EVER.

Then I saw your tattoo and figured I’d say something a bit less hurtful.

Who knows, maybe with aging skin and color fading this guys tattoo might look like a GTO now! For his sake I hope it does, makes for an easier story to tell

That should be in my garage next to my Z28. lol

It looks better than new! Love it.
