It drives me nuts. I went to a car show about a month ago and a red camaro that was swirled out to beat the band got a trophy for best paint. Ugh!
 
So Mike will this be airing on my classic car showing us working? And if so will we get a closeup or anything? I'll have to record the show to share with the family if so. Just curious if this is my 15 min of fame

There's only one time in my life that I can remember where a car detailing project wasn't fun... so I'm expecting this to be a blast!

A 1/2 hour TV show is about 20 minutes of air time and we're going to get about 5 minutes of the 20 minutes. There will be an introduction, lots of b-roll of us working on the car and then the presentation.

Somewhere in there you'll get your compressed 15 minutes of fame!

A lot of footage will be shot that won't be used on TV but will be used for an extended length video, I'm sure you'll get some face time.

Sounds good to me. The date can't come soon enough I think this is going to be a ton of fun to do this project.
 
Autogeek needs to come to Minnesota.

MSRA Back to the 50's show has over 12,000 registered cars ('64 and older only) and the Car Craft Summer Nationals has about 6000 registered cars, mostly muscle cars, pro touring, modern muscle, etc.

There are a ton of swirled cars to pick from!

The Car Craft show is next weekend so maybe I'll get some pictures of the worst offenders......:laughing:

I wish I was closer to Kentucky to attend.

What times were you looking for?
 
Where is everybody staying at, are we having a meet and greet as well. I am trying to book my room in the same place as everybody else. I will be bringing my family as well
