Autogeek Racing!

Great job Bruno!!! Do you guys come to Maple Grove in PA to race? I have watched drag racing all my life and live 1 hour from Maple Grove Raceway but have never actually been to the drag races in person. It would be cool to watch the Autogeek team race the first time I do go which will likely be at Maple Grove.

Sorry, I'll have to try and post a higher res version. We didn't go to Maple Grove this season, but have in the past. I can honestly say, if you've never been to an NHRA drag race, you have to go at least once to experience it! By mid-winter we should have our schedule done and posted ont he forum, hopefully Maple Grove will be on it!

Maple Grove sounds like a nice meeting place next year. I make sure I'm there for the events every year.

Happy New Year!
Some Big things in store for the Autogeek.net racing team in 2012, stay tuned!!

Bruno

Congrats and as a long time attendee of the Gatornationals, love the drags. Will you be attending the January race in Palm Beach, see they just advertised the top fuels guys.

Last season we won the "Shakedown at Palm Beach" that was held in March, but unfortunately that event was canceleld for this season. What their advertising for in January is a winter test session for some of the Nitro cars, so no Palm Beach this year, but Gainesville is possible. It all depends on my work schedule and how quickly we can implement some new things we'll be trying in 2012.

Last season we finished 3rd after a major fire set us back, this year we are going all out to reclaim the Championship, I can't wait!

I think the closest we'll come is in Norwalk OH, which is about 30miles west of cleveland.

Hey Guys and Gals,
I wanted to give you all a preview of the new look we'll be sporting in 2012. We should have our schedule finalized in the next few weeks and a couple big announcements in the coming months. 2012 should be fun!

Let me know what ya think of the new look.
Bruno

wow Bruno! That looks fantastic. Ivan looks pretty baller on the side too!

very nice look Bruno. Hope to see you attend some import events out in the North East. The Schedules are already made for the 2012 Season at Raceway park and Atco. This year there will be a Heads Up class . Visit Inside Drag Import for more info and Event Dates. Goodluck

The new Autogeek.net/Detailer's Pro Series wrap has been installed and we are enroute to Charlotte, NC for the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals this weekend! Just hope the car runs as good as it looks! ;)

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to give you all an update...I know there are about a half dozen different threads going pertaining to our Autogeek.net team, but figured this was the best place to catch you all up!

We are off to a great start in large part to some BIG WINS this season. Most recently a pair of victories at our home track, Route 66 Raceway just outside of Chicago. On Saturday, we captured our 3rd JEGS All-Star title and on Sunday we took out one fo the toughest fields ever assembled, to win the NHRA Route 66 Nationals and take over first place in the National Points standings!!

It was a tremendous weekend and I want to thank the Autogeek.net family for the opportunity to chase after our second NHRA World Championship this season.

You can watch ESPN2 coverage of last weekend's event this Saturday July 7th at 2:00pm ET.

Wish us luck the second half of the season!
Bruno

Amazing, how much of a head start Bruno had to overcome. You fast man, really fast!

6 second quarter mile at nearly 200 mph in 130 cubic inch motor...who would've ever thought. Amazing driving, engineering, and tuning! Or is it a special wax, cutting down your drag coefficient??
