bad experience with first order =(

finially got my first shipment. my bogo did not come in and a bottle exploded in my packaging. pics to follow.
 
Have you got in contact with Autogeek? They are very willing to help however they can. What product was it? I don't understand how something wouldn't come in a bottle. I think you should add some more information to this post so maybe someone can help you.

Either way, I think you should give AG a call if you haven't and they should be able to take care of you.
 
no, i just received the package. it was the DA system from the vip sale. one bottle lid fell off

No kidding. I can never figure out why folks post about order discrepencies here rather than call the most-excellent Customer Service dept. I've never heard of 'em not making things right with a smile, and then some.

So much easier to call then make a thread, IMO. Im sure alot of guys on here have had little issues here and there, but no reason to let everyone know about it.
 
I had an order go bad the other month. seems something busted and the package didn't come.. I checked the ups tracking that night and it showed "package damaged" so I figured AG would resend later since I'm sure UPS would notify them.

Anyhow, the next day UPS brought half the order to my surprise. ( just figure it would all be reshipped after UPS returned it to AG in a day or so but the following morning AG called and I told them what happened and they said they would ship the rest asap.

It was one of those things, no big deal and AG had a real sense of urgency & was great with their service as always..


see? this is why I deal with AG.. you can buy stuff from a million places online but once you find a quality company.. You stay with them!


Now that being said....if they had damaged my Flex 3401 last week, someone woulda got hurt!! :bash:
 
Just amazing...sorry but if I get an order from Amazon (or anyone else) and it comes in damaged or something is missing, I'm not going to a forum to post about it. It happens in shipping. Things can get broke and while it does suck give them a call and find out what they can do. They will make it right. They always do!
 
It's a good thing there are so many people that post positive feedback in these types of threads. Otherwise, you'd probably get someone who just found the site, possibly going elsewhere because someone posted a thread that wasn't necessary. Now, if AG told you to go pound sand, then post away about your situation.

another way to think about it is that if the poster or even a new person would derive the quality of the business from just that post, then maybe they are more trouble than they are worth.. this is awesome that he posted this cause look at all the good replies. It says volumes for AG and is obviously well deserved.
 
Why are you telling us? Do you want to hear "Poor Baby" from all the forum members? Tell the folks that you ordered from and let them make it right. Sheesh!
 
I find it shocking that most shippers suggest business is down and slow and yet they seem to abuse packages more and more. I suppose its the quality of the worker and not a reflection on the carrier but these stories upset me.
 
Ag is top notch whe it comes to service. Shipping companies can get a bad employee, someone having a bad day. It only takes one person to drop a box and break something.

I have a had a package that had bottle break, Ag took care of it right away. Just call them
 
I've placed many orders and never had any kind of issue at all. Plus, most of the bottles I've received have had a seal over them so they can't open or fall off.
 
I took advantage of the recent Memorial Day Sale and I ordered a few things including Optimum's Hyper Compound Spray. AG inadvertently sent the Hyper Polish Spray which is in an identical bottle. I e-mailed AG and requested an RMA for me to ship back the Hyper Polish. Much to my surprise they just sent the Compound Spray without requiring me to send back the Polish Spray. In all honesty, can Customer Service get any better than that? AG is a top-notch organization in my book -- Highly Recommended!! :props:
