I really like these for the money if you're open to using a sponge.

If you have done or plan on doing any machine polishing, I'd highly recommend getting a high quality wash mitt. Think about it...what will touch your cars surface way more times than a foam pad?...wash mitt. I'd highly recommend getting one of these:
Merino wool wash mitt, auto wash mitt, sheepskin wash mitt
Sheepskin wash mitt, Supernatural Wash Mitt, The Wookie mitt, wool wash mitt

Not only that, but these merino wool mitts last about 100x longer than anything else I've used, so they're totally worth the money...especially the CarPro mitt.

:whs: Like I said, I have 4 of those chenille wash mitts and a few of them have already starting degrading. I still use my sheepskin wash mitt that I got about 3 years ago...its still going strong. My Dodo Juice Wookies Fist still looks brand new.
Now I will say this...with these wool and sheepskin wash mitts, it requires alittle bit of maintenance. I went out and got a metal pet brush and I will brush the mitt after letting it dry on a grit guard. I usually try to do this a few hours after its been sitting as well as the next day. I'll flip it as well.
Stash your cash and pay the extra money for the higher quality mitts...you'll thank me later.

only use this if you have hard clear. I tested this on my passenger door with a rinseless and let's just say, I now have a panel I'll be doing some polish testing on come spring...

The wash mitts I recommended both have their pros. The Dodo juice mitt you can use both sides. When I'm washing, I'll use one side and then flip to do the other side as I go. But I do face the resistance with putting it on and off. With the Carpro wash mitt, you can easily place your hand in. I like the idea of the Dodo wash mitt better because you can maximize the wash mitt with both sides.

I agree.
Buy in bulk at just over $3 each, The Meguiar's white MF wash mitts are the most economical mitt I have ever used.
If you like sponge, try Lowes Grout Sponge.
I think they are like $1.98 each?

There isn't a mitt made that I would buy. Pads only and for my money Adams synthetic wash pads are nothing short of perfect. I have one that's four years old and another just purchased. You cannot tell which is the new one. Not an Adams guy but those wash pads are outstanding.

i bought some of these when they first came out and after a few uses i ended up giving/trading them all. i'll take a grout sponge instead...

Awesome! If you don't like them, my garage shelves have some empty spots.
I haven't heard many if any huge complaints about them. After washing a car with them, it seems like the strands are ruined. But give them a good wash and dry and they are good as new.

No problem will send them your way IF I DON'T like them :xyxthumbs: lol I also bought the soap from CG to wash them!

I prefer sheepskin for rinseless washing and don't recall ever using one of these for it, but I've never had an issue washing my vehicles with these sponges. And that's including my S2000 which had some of the softest clear I've ever worked on.
