Best "AIO" (1 Step) Polish

Surprised no one mentioned McKees 37 360. While I love HD Speed 360 seems to correct very much the same, but is supposed to offer 6-7 months durability.

HD Speed gets a lot of love on the forum! Impressive correction ability for an AIO and a nice layer of protection. Plus, it's cheap.

HD Speed will not be as finicky as Essence. It's fool proof, while Essence is not.

Best "AIO" (1 Step) Polish

Essence is from carpro. It's going to have a learning curve. I've never yet used one of their products that was dummy proof. HD speed is flat out amazing on any paint in any environment and works every time with any skill set.

I think OP should try McKee's 360 AIO.
I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to picking some up. They say it shines like a finishing polish + protects like a sealant. I'm interested.

I think so too. Nick last week posted on this and said 5-6 mths. ... easily. If that's the case then Speed will have some comp. Love using Speed and the results though, even in the sun. Did an Avalanche last month and client was very pleased, to say the least. I did cover it with C. 845 though.

Gotta say it's the only product I've been using, and works awesome on corvette paint such a time saver.

Honestly I think your best answer is to test the products you've narrowed down yourself and see which one suits your needs/standards better. I've gone by forum recommendations before and while grateful, didn't always meet my needs or standards as each person is different.

Carpro Essence with a microfiber pad is great. Menzerma 3 in 1 is foolproof.

Save yourself the time and money and just get HD Speed.

Both of these were done with Speed and topped with HD Poxy for added pop and protection. With a da it takes about 20 minutes to do the vehicle with Poxy and about the same time to wipe off.

It's an amazing combo.

I recently used essence with carpros new mf pad on a boat and I was amazed by the gloss and ease but I still like speed for the price

I just ordered HD Speed and then came across this thread that you top it with HD Poxy. I currently have Wolfgang Sealant 3.0, Pinnacle Souveran Liquid and Paste. Am i able to use one of these? I know that they recommend staying with the same brand name..

What you have is great already. Anyone of those you have will work great.

I'm gonna have to try the HD Speed out, to see what all the hype is about. The car has minor swirls due to the "complimentary wash" provided by the dealer during the service, even though I had a sign hanging from the front windshield. Currently have some XMT 360 laying around that I'll give a shot also.

You can, and I have all those products too.

But first and foremost Speed isn't hype it's the real deal and imho what all others compare themselves to in an AIO. So you could say it's the "Benchmark" for an AIO.

1) Competitive Cost
2) Effectiveness
3) In use cost, meaning Speed goes a long way
4) Ease of removal
5) Working time
6) Felxibility(different correction with different pads)
7) Durability, which is debatable on any AIO and on that being I live in Florida I'll just stick with what I've personally experienced. Durability is on any product too much of a subjective factor.

IMHO Speed gets :dblthumb2: in all those categories.

Speed has some Poxy in it so they are synergistic when finishing with Poxy but you will be fine to use up the other products. I probably would have gone with HD Adapt and polished the paint then protected with WG 3.0. But either way you'll be okay. And if you're being ocd you can always top the WG 3.0 with Souveran. These days I'm personally into minimalism. Meaning the best results with the least amount of effort. On my dd's it's a one step. On my garage queen it's a high end nuba. Maximum two steps on anything I do. The products are out there today that rarely do you need to do more unless you get the joy out of a second 4-5 hour polishing step. My back won't allow for that so I'm always searching for the best for the least and that's why I'm such a fan of HD Products. Lowest in use cost. Most user friendly. Easiest to remove and the results speak for themselves.

I used Menzerna 3-n-1 when it first came out and being loyal to AG I didn't buy any HD products until they decided to offer them. I used Speed once and I was blown away. Menzerna 3-n-1 has been on my shelf since, retired that is.

Why? because it has less working time and is way harder to remove. You have to use it as a polish and go section by section and wipe if after each section. With Speed you're actually better off letting it set up so the Poxy factor take effect and then come back and wipe it off. And wipe off is a freaing breeze! Keep in mind I live in Florida. I call it the sweat factor when referring to wipe off. And you use about twice as much Menz per vehicle and Menz is way more $$ to begin with with. If I was 3D / HD's competitors I'd be worried too LOL.:dblthumb2:

I have a bottle of Menzerna Power protect Ultra. Its quite good in removing minor swirls and the gloss is just awesome.

Good thing that it last as good as collinite 845.

Waiting to get my hands on HD speed.
