Best car wash soap?

That's fine. I'm sure manufacturer's would NEVER recommend more than what's needed. Ya know, so you can run out of it sooner and buy more? :dblthumb2:
Ya know, that's a good point. Kinda like Zaino, and putting 10 coats on the paint. NOT NEEDED! However, I don't like stuff sitting on my shelf for 3 years, so I'll follow the instructions, but not 10 coats!

I'm not sure Zaino has an official "number" that's appropriate. They just enable you to go where you want.

For me, 5 was the number where I noticed no additional depth or gloss was being added. But it sure looked better than 2-3 coats.

Everyone's trying to stretch a buck these days. That's part of the reason Optimum stuff is so popular. A quart of OID makes a GALLON when mixed with DI water. Likewise that a Gallon of it makes 4 gallons. Almost everything they make dilutes into a more cost effective solution than other companies are providing.

ONR can make clay lube, QD and of course the rinseless wash by using varying amounts of the same product to DI water. Less containers to keep around, if that's your thing.

2oz for 4 gallons of water was more than enough suds/lubcricity/cleaning power for DG #901/902/903.. Next time I'll try it without the ONR though.

:props:
And now Optimum has raised the bar on Waterless Wash with Opti Clean I ordered 3 gallons @ $29 before it went up to $39 and got 15% off and XMT Paste. I love AG!

Could this be said for all sealants?

Wait, this a car soap thread. :xyxthumbs:

Probably, but the fact ZFX enables you to do 3 layers a day makes it WAY easier to do than any other sealant that requires 8+ hours of cure time.
