I have been so focused on protecting the paint on my 10 month old vehicle that I didn't even think about protecting the trim. The trim condition on my Honda CRV is in great condition but want to protect it as that black plastic can go grey.
What are your recommendations for a new car to seal the black plastic? Also, I assume I could put Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant on the windshield wiper arms?

Generally folks, I'm the type of person, that once a hobby enraptures me, I go headlong, and all out, no holds barred.
With that said, I'll probably buy, and try virtually every product mentioned in this thread, with the possible exception of GTechniq EXO, as It's been suggested there are probably better products made that solely address plastics, and rubber trim, etc.
The facts are, the more one looks at these modern vehicles, the more one sees plastic of all different sorts. They're all plastic! LOL
Even under the hood, there's so much of it today, and common off the shelf protectant products don't last, and seem to have the opposite desired effect as time passes. As well, most of those off the shelf products in stores are nothing but greasy-oily dirt, and dust magnets. Dust is a huge problem here in the desert southwest. Just watch any old clint eastwood spaghetti western, and you'll get the idea!
Out local Walmart carries a quite large host of Protectants, quite a bit from Meguiars, Mothers, and even Surf City Garage, I but seem to note all of them contain petroleum distillates. Mark

Thanks Bobby for the link, and review of the CQuartz DLux. Mark
Thanks for the information. Will these gloss up the finish at all or is it primarily a sealant? I noticed the rear wiper is a bit worn looking. Would it be good to use a cleaning lotion?
clean it good...it will darken a bit...but make sure it is clean to achieve best bonding..
Thanks. Anything special to use like a cleansing lotion or just soap and water?
id use a good APC instead of soap...ive yet to try it, but OPC is getting great reviews.
