best paste wax for black car?

I think Souveran over a sealant looks amazing on a well prepped car. There are subtle differences in products, but it will only be noticeable on a well prepped car. P21S 100% is also nice over a sealant.

Next week I'll be doing the Wolfgan Liquid Seal topped with Fuzion. I'm expecting impressive results, as I've never tried Fuzion on my black car.

Also, a lot of times you will see on other forums people saying Auto Geek house brands are overpriced, over hyped, all the same .... Blah blah blah. Don't believe it. They are just haters. Products are excellent.

Pinnacle Souveran (paste) is probably as good as it gets on black for looks. Megs #26 isn't bad for the price. Both those make it look deep, wet, and black. If you want the mirror look, NXT or Z2.

I have liquid souveran and I really like it but I was told that this lS is ideal for light colored cars. I am looking for a wet, deep gloss lsp for my black car. I have been looking at nattys blue, and collinite 915. Correct me if im wrong I think its 915. Lol I was looking at these waxes after I was told to go for the souveran paste. It better be a super good wax for 100 beans!! anyways I'd like some opinions, thank you. Feed back please

Souveran paste on black is special indeed and worth every penny, getting it on sale only makes it better.

Worth the 100 beans, but you'll have to wax once a month.

I have used a few waxes on dark cars. I have Fuzion but haven't used it yet. I love the Souveran paste. Not just for the look, which is fantastic, but all the way around. I do agree that most of the final result is in the prep.

I agree. If the prep is not done as it should be even if you buy a $ 1,000 wax the result will not be acceptable.

DP Max wax is another great choice for a black car. I have used it on my Onyx black Sorento and my dark graphite Envoy Denali and was extremely satisfied with the deep, wet gloss left behind. Durability was very good, price was reasonable and it can frequently be had on BOGO. Definitely worth considering.

Thanks for the info. So what's the difference between cg bf and blacklight? And v7 is a spray detailer right?

Chemical Guys makes a product called Black Light.
PBMG has a line of products/brand called BlackFire.
I was referring to CG Black Light. After a long day, it is easy to mix things up. Sorry about that.
V7 is both a spray Sealant and Detailer.

My preferences for dark colors:
CG 5050
Dodo Supernatural
P21S Concours
...thats all the paste wax that I own though :o

This is black light and V07. Nice shine and wet look. I don't know that you can really see much difference in photos. IMO the Souveran gave the paint a little warmer glow...maybe a little less reflective...but really made the metal flake in this paint pop.
